We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our IP/Tech practice at our Munich office.

Your role

You can expect varied and engaging work providing strategic advice to our notable clients, including advice on all aspects of IP, tech and commercial in M&A transactions and standalone projects. You’ll also be involved in high-stakes litigation.

Our Munich IP/Tech practice focuses on the following areas in particular:

Digital economy (software, digital products and services, data, AI)
Soft IP (trademarks, copyright, design law)
Commercial contracts
Unfair Competition Act (UWG)

Your profile

State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Ideally, relevant experience in IP/Tech
Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
