We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Dispute Resolution practice at our Frankfurt office.
Your role
Your role will focus on:
- Representing clients from Germany and abroad in complex disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals
- Analysing complex, extensive matters, providing legal assessment and developing and implementing litigation strategies
- Contributing to internal investigations and advising clients in all types of contentious situations, with direct client contact and close co-operation with colleagues from other practice areas
- Commercial disputes and product liability law, general contract and liability law, and disputes in connection with M&A transactions
Your profile
- State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
- Ideally, relevant experience in Dispute Resolution
- Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
- Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
