We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Healthcare practice at our Berlin office.
Our Berlin healthcare team combines many years of industry-specific expertise with a recognised track record as leading advisors in the sector. We work in a dynamic field shaped by digital innovation, personalised care offerings, shifting demographics and the constraints of health insurance funding – all of which drive a high level of regulatory activity.
Your role
As part of our Berlin healthcare team, you will:
- Advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of statutory health insurance law
- Conduct arbitration and court proceedings
- Support transactions in the healthcare sector
- Conduct compliance investigations, advise on organisational structures and substantive compliance issues
- Work at the intersection of law, policy, and science
- Contribute to shaping new regulations and tackle novel legal issues
- Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams, reflecting Gleiss Lutz’s full service approach and the complexity of our mandates
Your profile
- State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
- Ideally, relevant experience in Healthcare
- Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
- Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
