We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice at our Hamburg office.

Our Transactions team has ranked among the leading M&A practices for many years. In this role, you will comprehensively advise a broad range of clients – from start-ups and mid-sized companies to international corporations and venture capital or private equity investors – on all aspects of corporate law and complex domestic and cross-border M&A deals.

Your role

You’ll focus on the following:

  • Representing clients from Germany and abroad before courts and arbitral tribunals
  • Analysing complex matters, providing legal assessments, and developing litigation strategies
  • Supporting internal investigations and contributing your own expertise
  • Advising clients in a wide range of contentious situations
  • Managing disputes across commercial litigation, product liability, general contract and liability law, and M&A transactions

Your profile

  • State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better 
  • Ideally, relevant experience in M&A
  • Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad 
  • Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
