We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Tax practice at our Frankfurt office.

Our team ranks among Germany’s most highly regarded tax practices, and advises and represents investors, banks, companies, public authorities and associations in Germany and abroad across the full spectrum of tax law. We are frequently engaged to handle complex and high-stakes matters.

Your role

You’ll focus on the following:

  • Structuring advice
  • Transaction advice, M&A
  • Reorganisations and restructurings
  • International tax law
  • Export reports and opinions
  • Litigation and tax audits

Your profile

  • State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better 
  • Ideally, relevant experience in tax
  • Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad 
  • Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
