As a working student, you’ll assist our Library team on site for 8 to 12 hours per week.
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to join our Library team at our Berlin office.
YOUR MISSION: To create structure and help make knowledge accessible
- You’ll take care of new media arrivals and manage our loose-leaf collections, making sure updates are filed correctly.
- You’ll handle research and copy requests with care and reliability; you’ll also be responsible for returning borrowed media.
- You’ll perform regular rounds of the library and help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll also support the team with various administrative tasks depending on what is required and where your interests lie.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: The skills to make a difference
- You are studying law, business, social sciences, business psychology, human resources management or a similar degree programme.
- You are IT-savvy and have strong MS Office skills.
- You communicate effectively and are highly organised and committed.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and apply a quality-conscious, independent and service-oriented approach to your work.
- You have successfully completed at least two semesters of your study.
