As part of our Payroll team, you’ll take ownership of payroll – ensuring accurate, reliable and timely processing. With your precision and professional expertise, you help keep our firm best-in-class across all people-related processes.
We are seeking payroll specialists (Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter / HR Payroll Coordinators /Steuerfachangestellte / Steuerfachwirte) (f/m/d) for our Stuttgart office.
YOUR MISSION: To ensure meticulous and accurate payroll processing.

You’ll take full ownership of preparing the monthly payroll for our national and international offices.

You’ll calculate and report social security contributions and payroll taxes and ensure they are forwarded correctly to the relevant authorities, while maintaining regular communication with health insurance providers, public authorities, and social security institutions.

You’ll also support the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and ensure data accuracy across payroll systems.

As a key point of contact for payroll queries, you’ll resolve discrepancies and provide clear information to employees and managers.
- You’ll also handle additional administrative tasks to ensure seamless and error-free payroll processing.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: Payroll expertise and attention to detail.
Must-have:
-
You have completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r), a degree in HR management and further training as a certified tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt/in) and/or certified HR specialist (Personalfachwirt/in) with a focus on payroll, or a comparable qualification.

You have a sound understanding of social security and payroll tax regulations. You have professional experience in payroll processing and are ideally familiar with accounting software DATEV LODAS.

You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.You demonstrate a high level of discretion, integrity, and reliability.

You work independently with a strong service mindset, a commitment to quality, and a high level of dedication.
Nice-to-have:

Ideally, you have experience in a professional services environment, such as a law firm, an accounting/auditing firm, or a management or tax consultancy.

You have experience in handling and maintaining databases.
