We are seeking project associates (m/f/d) to join our Litigation practice at our Frankfurt office immediately.
Our practice focuses on representing clients from Germany and abroad in complex litigation. We analyse complex, demanding matters in depth, assess them from a legal perspective, develop litigation strategies together with our clients and put them into practice.
Your role
You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You will work as part of a large team on interesting civil litigation matters. Your main tasks will include:
- Reviewing and analysing statements of claim
- Assisting with factual analysis and developing lines of defence
- Drafting statements of defence and subsequent pleadings
- Coordinating and organising numerous civil litigation matters
Your profile
- We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic candidates who are diligent, well organised and collaborative, and who would like to take on an exciting role at a leading international business law firm.
- Working hours are flexible, but should amount to at least two working days per week.
- The position is limited to a term of six months, with the possibility of extension.
- Ideally, you have passed at least the state-administered component of the first state examination; we generally expect a grade of satisfactory (befriedigend) or better.
- You are available to start at short notice.
- You do not need to have completed your specialisation or have specialist knowledge of civil law or civil procedure.
