You’re the face of our firm and help shape the first impression we make on our clients, guests and coworkers. As a member of the reception team, you’ll keep front desk running smoothly and professionally, looking after international clients, guests, and coworkers attentively, reliably and with a strong service mindset.

We are seeking a Receptionist (f/m/d) for our Frankfurt office.

YOUR MISSION: TO MAKE THE RIGHT IMPRESSION EVERY TIME

  • You’ll support the planning, organisation and delivery of hospitality, catering and internal and external events.

  • Your duties will include handling the switchboard and conference room technology with professionalism and efficiency.

  • You’ll oversee our conference rooms, making sure they are set up, organised and running smoothly.

  • You’ll be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, including courier deliveries.

  • You’ll be responsible for ordering, managing and distributing office supplies as needed, and support the firm’s central accounting function with preparatory administrative tasks.
