We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our M&A team at our Frankfurt office.

Our Frankfurt M&A team is part of one of Germany’s leading transaction practices. Your future role will involve providing comprehensive advice on complex M&A transactions to companies and financial investors from Germany and abroad. You’ll be part of the team from the outset, working directly on challenging national and cross-border matters. We attach great importance to personal collaboration, direct communication and an open working atmosphere.

Your role

From day one, you’ll be fully integrated into our team, contributing to every stage of a transaction, from due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents through to closing. Your work will focus on the following areas:

  • Complex cross-border transactions and carve-outs
  • Transactions involving financial institutions, as well as energy and infrastructure projects
  • Private M&A and private equity
  • Joint ventures and corporate restructurings
  • General corporate law and governance

Your profile

  • State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better 
  • Business-fluent English, ideally supported by time spent abroad 
  • Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome 
  • An interest in AI, digital tools and legal tech solutions, as well as an openness to applying and further developing them in legal practice
  • Initial experience in corporate law or M&A – for example through an elective placement, internship or university specialisation – beneficial but not a requirement
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication and team spirit
