We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Competition/Antitrust practice at our Frankfurt office.

Our work focuses on:
- General competition/antitrust law
- Fine proceedings and abuse proceedings
- Merger control
- Antitrust-related civil law disputes, including private antitrust litigation
- Distribution antitrust
Your role
You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.
You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.
Your profile
- First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
- Very good command of English
- Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
- Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
- A structured approach to legal analysis
