We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice at our Berlin office.

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You can expect a diverse range of engaging tasks on national and international mandates with a focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures and financing rounds. 

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

  • First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
  • Very good command of English
  • Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
  • Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
  • A structured approach to legal analysis
