We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Real Estate practice at our Frankfurt office. 

We are one of the leading practices in the industry and assist national and international companies on key real estate investments. In particular, we advise on transactions, financings, project development and matters concerning the ongoing use and occupation of real estate, especially commercial lease law. 

We also assist on complex projects in the energy and infrastructure sector. Current market developments are a key focus of our work – particularly renewable energies and data centres.

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents and, depending on your practice area, academic publications.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

  • First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
  • Very good command of English
  • Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
  • Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
  • A structured approach to legal analysis
  • Availability to work at least two days a week
