We are seeking a Central Desk Team Lead (f/m/d) for our Stuttgart office: Someone who takes ownership, gives direction, and delivers the highest quality of service.
YOUR MISSION: VISIBILITY, IMPACT, IMPRESSION
- You and your team shape clients’ first impression of our firm – and make it memorable.
- You will lead, develop and motivate the Central Desk team, setting an example with clarity and presence.
- You’ll play an active role in day-to-day operations and set a clear example of service quality.
- You will continuously develop processes, standards and service concepts, proactively coordinate every point of contact and work closely with the Office Management team.
- You’ll coordinate hospitality, catering and events to the highest standards, ensuring the perfect blend of quality, attention to detail and atmosphere.
- You will be responsible for all front-office processes, from welcoming visitors to running the switchboard and managing conference rooms, e-mail and telephone communications, and postal and courier services.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP AND A HOSPITALITY MINDSET
- You have completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in hospitality, office management or a business-related field.
- You have experience in an operational leadership or coordination role.
- You have a strong commitment to service and to quality, a hands-on approach, excellent team and stakeholder management skills, discretion, and a professional demeanour.
- You have a keen eye for consistent brand standards and presentation; you have a structured, process-oriented approach and a strong affinity for IT.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English, both written and spoken.
