As a working student, you’ll assist our Library team on site for 8 to 12 hours per week.
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to join our Library team at our Hamburg office.
YOUR MISSION: To create structure and help make knowledge accessible
- You’ll take care of new media arrivals and manage our loose-leaf collections, making sure updates are filed correctly.
- You’ll handle research and copy requests with care and reliability; you’ll also be responsible for returning borrowed media.
- You’ll perform regular rounds of the library and help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll also support the team with various administrative tasks depending on what is required and where your interests lie.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: Reliability, curiosity and a talent for keeping things organised
- You are in the early stages of your degree programme and keen to gain practical experience. Students of any discipline are welcome.
- You are also IT-savvy and confident using MS Office applications.
- You communicate effectively in German and English and are highly organised and committed.
- You work independently, maintain high standards and have a strong service mindset.
