Interested in strategic business development and keen to contribute to the growth of a leading business law firm? As a working student, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience in the diverse world of business development. At Gleiss Lutz, business development focuses on advancing strategic initiatives, analysing client potential and positioning the firm in the marketplace. As part of our Business Development team, you’ll be actively involved in designing and implementing business development initiatives and projects. 

We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to join our Business Development team at our Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich office. 

YOUR MISSION: To turn market insight into opportunity.

  • You’ll gather, analyse and structure key information and data for legal rankings and directories.

  • You’ll create proposal documents and presentations, supporting the team in tenders and client pitches.

  • You’ll help maintain and continuously improve our internal knowledge resources and databases.

  • You’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping processes on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • You’ll assist the team with administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: The skills that drive opportunity and growth.

Must-have:

  • You are studying law, business or a similar degree programme.

  • You are proficient in MS Office applications.

  • You have strong communication skills in both German and English.

  • You combine a strong focus on service and quality with the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-have:

  • You have successfully completed at least two semesters of your study.

  • You have already gained initial experience as a working student.
