Do you have a strong interest in IT and want to put your knowledge into practice? As part of the IT Services team, you’ll be right at the heart of day-to-day IT operations at a company that has a firm focus on the future.

We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to join our IT Services team at our Hamburg office.

YOUR MISSION: To bring genuine passion to corporate IT

You’ll assist with hardware inventory, documentation and maintenance.
You’ll handle the storage and provision of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, accessories).
You’ll set up, dismantle and reconfigure workstations.
You’ll support change management activities such as rollouts and hardware replacements.
You’ll help provide first-level support to internal users.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: The skills to make our systems smarter

You are studying business informatics or a comparable degree programme and still have at least three semesters to complete.
You have a strong affinity for IT.
You have a good command of MS Office.
You are highly organised, work well in a team, and combine a strong focus on service and quality with the ability to work independently.
